- Senior / Lead Speech Pathologist
Role Responsibilities:
- Help launch our speech therapy services, demonstrating confidence and capability in building this offering from the ground up
- Deliver person-centred, evidence-informed services to clients with disabilities or injuries, tailoring interventions to individual needs
- Conduct assessments and deliver high-quality reports which balance advocacy, professional opinion, and realistic recommendations
- Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with industry and regulatory guidelines
- Stay updated on best practices and developments in the field of Speech Pathology

- Competitive salary from $95,000 (based on experience)

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA / AHPRA registration as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist
- Current driver's license, Working With Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Passion and commitment for building capacity and improving life outcomes for clients and their families
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
